Warm Fellowship : What To Expect

We understand that, for most people, the thought of going somewhere new can be a bit daunting but the meeting between 10:00 and 12:00 on a Tuesday is very relaxed and really is for anyone that wants to come along. It is for young and old, single people, families, friends and ….. well as we said before – for ANYONE.

On Entering

On entering through the central door between the original church building and the hall you will see a number of tables in front of you laid out for breakfast – you don’t have to eat – but if you want to – just go up to the kitchen at the back and order the food that you want.

Children eat for free, adults pay a reasonable amount for the food. You will be given a wooden spoon with the number of your order on it – this enables the servers to identify you with your food – so don’t lose it !!!!

Where To Go

You can sit down at any of the tables laid out for breakfast, whether you want to eat or not and most of the adults without children sit down on these tables.

Those with young children tend to migrate to the church hall to play with the toys and, if eating breakfast, then migrate to the small hall behind the kitchen to the left where the youngsters enjoy their food and create “happy havoc” as a general rule!

This picture of the hall with the toys in is just before they start arriving at 10:00 – it is somewhat different by 12:00 !

Important

This is a “fellowship” event and not a great theological happening, the Church will not try and force its views on you – it is just a chance just to get to meet people and relax for a couple of hours – and of course – get fed !

Come and enjoy yourself !
